WHO IS BIG SEAN
Sean Michael Leonard Anderson is a rapper, a singer/songwriter, and overall someone who got a million trillion things he’d rather do than mess with a lowlife.
He was born on March 25, 1988 in the Californian paradise, Santa Monica but was raised in Detroit by his mom, Myra and his cool, respectable grandma named Mildred, who served in WWII as one of the first black female captains ever in the US Army.
He earned a 3.7 GPA at Cass Technical High School, too, so you could say his family consisted of natural born stars. Sean, just like a few other great rappers out there, was discovered by none other than Kanye West.
West signed him to GOOD Music a couple years after hearing his freestyle, and in 2007 Sean had released his first mixtape, “Finally Famous: The Mixtape”. His debut studio album, “Finally Famous”, was released in 2011 and gained platinum status as well as reached #3 on the Billboard 200.
In it were 3 critically acclaimed singles “My Last”; “Dance (Ass)”; and “Marvin & Chardonnay”, all having topped the Billboard charts.
Sean has released a total of six albums so far, and he’s still strong in the game. He has recently featured in a new single by Jack Harlow called, “Way Out”, with a music video directed by Ace Pro.
